Throughout September, we’ll explore the connection between royal posture and the eye area - bringing more awareness to alignment, mobility, and support through the body while giving special attention to the delicate structures around the eyes.

Throughout August, we give the neck the attention it deserves. Together we'll restore mobility, improve posture, build strength and release tension throughout the body, creating more lift, definition and ease in both the face and the way you move.

Throughout July, we'll explore how creating more support and tone throughout the body can influence the face from below - particularly the jawline, neck and lower face.

Our advanced sessions feature exclusive longer guided practices designed around each month's theme. They're an opportunity to deepen your practice, refine your technique, and discover new layers of movement and body awareness.

Throughout the Essentials library, we explore the core practices of the Face Up Club through breath, movement, lymphatic support and structural awareness, working with the body as a connected system and building a foundation for lasting change.
