Face Up™ is a profound somatic experience that takes clients beyond familiar sensations, allowing them to release layers of stress and emotional blockages stored deep within the body’s tissues - and return to themself with a radiant face, a liberated body, and a calm, focused mind

Four weeks before the hands-on part of the training, participants receive access to our Kajabi online platform with 25+ hours of pre-recorded lessons, assessments, and quizzes. Those mandatory self-paced module builds a solid foundation in anatomy, fascia, psychosomatics, energetic awareness, and business & personal development, preparing you for the in-person training.

Two live Zoom sessions with Olga are scheduled - to review course materials and answer questions.

The course is led by Olga Newman, founder of the Face Up™ Method, with support from certified Advanced Face Up™ Providers (assistants) on selected dates. Groups are limited to ensure individual attention and guidance.

During the training, students both give and receive manual work, experiencing the depth of the method through direct practice. All printed study materials are provided on-site.

Students will also gain access to the Face Up™ Community - a dedicated online space where you can connect with other students, share experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance from Olga and the Face Up team. This community remains open both during and after your training, supporting your continued growth and professional journey.
